As an artist, one of the most natural things has been inviting others into my studio and putting a paintbrush in their hands. I believe we are all creative because we carry the image of The Creator. Discovering your unique creative process and how you hear The Creator’s whisper is a journey of the heart. It is my honor to walk with others along that journey through heart-led workshops, classes, and creative retreats. While improving skill is a worthy endeavor, my goal as a creative guide is to help you get in touch with your heart, come into agreement with the voice of God, and have fun while you create!
“Genavieve’s art is a breath of Holy Spirit. To watch her paint is like a dance with God’s breath of life on to the canvas, full of color and movement. Peace comes over me and I feel the Presence of God when I am watching her paint. And when I see her works of art. Holy is the word, if I could use only one word to describe Genavieve’s work. ”
— Sara Thurman, Artist & Author
“I highly recommend Genavieve’s classes and work to anyone who wants to create more freely from their hearts and learn new skills in a fun, stress-free and pressure-free environment full of God’s gentle presence!”
— Cherie Cobb, Student & Collector
“Genavieve has such a soft spirit. She is much like the canvases that she covers with subtle yet colorful bursts of Holy Spirit. She has the ability to reveal not only the path that she is walking, but the intersection with God throughout the process...She is guiding us each to trust God with each and every stroke that He brushes onto our lives.”
— Melissa Huff, Student
